Arch-Duke Joseph offers to send two Hungarian delegates to the Peace Conference. The Supreme Council considers the offer on Monday, but is not expected to accept it until it is sure the now Government represents the people, and affords some hope of stability. Archduke Joseph in a letter to M. Clemenceau states that his programme is destruction of Bolshevism and restoration of order. He intends to hasten the elections, and immediately afterwards call a National Assembly. He asks the Allies for benevolent support.
