Emanating from the Clyde London, Aug 9 The Daily Mail says the police have seized documents outlining a country-wide revolutionary plot. One emanation from the Clyde Workers’ Soviet proposes the establishment of a Red Army and revolutionary tribunals “to try men responsible for the treatment of our imprisoned comrades,” seizure of all food, expropriation of property, banks, etc., and removal of Parliament and local authorities.
