TROOPS LANDED. DRASTIC ACTION. Seoul, 25th July. The Japanese warships at Ohemul po have landed troops and bluejackets for Seoul, the Coreau capital. The Japanese Resident; Geneial (the Marquia Ito) has presented Japan's propria to the Korean Cabinet. Although they do not interfere with the secui*ity of tha throne, they are believed to be of a revolutionary nature, owing to the consternation prevailing at ;the Court. MOu'RN T ING FOR THEIR LORD. Seoul, July 26. When the Emperor's abdication ■was announced, all the ladies of the palace thronged the palace, condoling, weeping, and wailing. They then carried off every portable article as souvenirs.
