The Japanese in Formosa.
Shanghai, June 5. The Japanese success in North Formosa has disorganised the Chinese forces. In Taipehiu, a large town in the north of Formosa, the native soldiers are looting and firing houses. They have also fired many Government buildings. The Republic recently established in Formosa has collapsed.
