The teaching is intelligent, and the progress made during the year is satisfactory. Standard 111. showed good training and preparation in all the class work. The exercise books and drawing books throughout showed careful supervision and notable progress. The preparatory children are doing well in a variety of subjects, and should be ready for Standard I. next year. As a whole the school showed good work during the year. Attention is called to the need for warming the room. The day was very cold and there was no fire, nor had fire been made during the recent very cold weather. Arrangements should be made for lighting fires by some of the children before opening school, seeing that no caretaker is available. The Registration is satisfactory.
