Sir Graham Bony further announces that Lord Lyons, tho British Ambassador at Paris reports that M. Freycinot has expressed annoyance at the representations made to him by the British Government. Sir Graham adds that Sir Edward Stanhope, Secretary for tho Colonies, lias stated that he still lias hopes of of a satisfactory settlement of the Now Hebrides question. September 7. Tho Ganges, with the English mails of August Gth, arrived at Albany on Sunday evening.
