The steamship Eikh arrived at Cooktown Irom Hung Kong ria Tort Darwin, where she shipped eighty returned diggers from the Kiniberloj' district. The cargo includes eight hundred tons of tea for Xew Zealand. The steamship Memnuir also arrived from I’ort Darwin with a hundred and eighty returned diggers. Mkliiouuxk, Sept 7.
The ofiicial reports regarding the Kimberley district arc of a satisfactory character, There is stated to be 2000 men working qp the diggings. Private telegrams from Cambridge Gulf Mato Dipt the roads from there to Kimberley are impassable.
