N.S.W. MINISTRY. Sydnkv, Oct. 22. Mr Dlhbs, Premier, has declared his intention to meet the House on tho assembling of tho-now Parliament. MINERS ON STRIKE. The minors employed at Lamhton colliery, Newcastle, have gone on strike, and the coal trimmers have followed their example. Several vessels lying in tho port have been delayed in consequence.
