The Loch Leven, 1,210 tons, Captain Brunscombe, had ■on board 6,523 bales wool, 50 bales leather, 1,000 horns, 92 pipes tallow, 13 cwt bones, 8 casks butter. The Navigation Board find that the captain of the Nevada having declined to give evidence respecting the collision of the Badger, and that therefore the investigation would be only ex-parte, decline to give deceision, but regret that the officers in charge of the Nevada offered no assistance to the Badger.
