AS some sixty families of pioneer emigrants from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, are expected to arrive during the months of January, February and Marob, consisting of the following occupations, viz : — Agricultural and other laborers Carpenters Machinists Blacksmiths Cattle drivers and tenders Brokers and millers Tailors The first instalment is expeoted from Norway in the Okeno this month, and consist of eighteen men with wives and families of two children. The heads of families vary in age from twenty to thirty-five years, and are described as active, steady, industrious, and accustomed to hard labor. ■ Parties desirous of employing any of the above are requested to make application te the Provincial Secretary, Wellington, stating terms on which they are willing to engage ' them.
