-♦ DIVORCE AND MATRIMONIAL CAUSES. Wednesday, January 25, 1871. (Before Hid Honor the Chief Justice, and their Honors Justices Jobnstou, Richmond, and Chapman. FEKCHTSON V SEBGTJSON. In this case Mr Robust Havt_ stated ho had made such further search and inquiry at the Registrar's office as had been deemed necessary by tho Court ; but could not ascertain that any loavc to appeal hnd been obtained. He had also asked the Attorney-General ■whether it was his intention to intervene, or whether any documents to that effeot had been filed by any party; and had been answered in the negative — tho Attorney-Gf-eneral having no such intention ; and also that tho clerk who kept tho records had informed him that no euch petition had teen filed. Tho decree was made absolute.
