Extka Rates: Curpontorß, Cabinot-makers, Builders, and other workers in wood, subject to an additional rate of 10s. per cent on Trade rate. Ship Chandlers, Oil and Color-men, and other dealers in extra hazardoub articles, subject to an extra rate of 6s. per cent for brick 01 stone, and 10s. per cent for wood Steam Flour Mills of brick or stone. not less than 30s. Stoves, with pipes passing through external walls or roofs, proporlj secured. ss. por cent oxtra. Rates for short periods will be as follows : — 1 month as 8 months, 2 months aB 4 months, 3 months as 6 months, 4 montliß as 8 months, 6 months as 9 months, and over 6 months as 12 months.
