Constable Biobard Reid deposed tb taking prisoner into custody at the request of Captain Milo. Prisoner, in defence, pleaded intoxication and his desire to find out if he was to be taken on atj fche nexfc trip across the Strait in the schooner. His Worship considered it had not been shown thafc prisoner had stowed himself away on board the vessol wifch any dishonest intonfc and would therefore dismiss the case.
