GOVERNMENT NOTICES SALE OF VALUABLE BUILDING ALLOTMENTS ON THE RECLAIMED LAND, IN THE TOWN OF WELLINGTON. New Zealand. Provincial Secretary's Office, Wellington, 4th October, 1866. JTNDER authority of an Act, Session 111, ; N©. 14, of the Provincial Council of Wel- ■ Khgton, entituled, " Harbor Reserves," and of an " Act, Session VIII., No. 3, of the said Provincial Council, entitled "Harbor Reserves Amendment," . and of an Act, Session XIII., No. 3, of the said Provincial Council, entituled " Reclaimed Land." ■ Notice is hereby given, that the allotments of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunto annexed, situate in tho town of Wellington, will bo offered for sale at public auction, at Osgood's , „L ong Room, Empire Hotel, on THURSDAY, . the Bfch day of NOVEMBER, 1866, at 1 o'clock, p.m., at the upset prices affixed in the Schedule. Immediate payment in cash of one-tenth of the purchase money shall be tho condition of any such sale by auction, and tho remaining ninetenths of the purchase money must be paid by tho purchaser within one calendar month next after the time of such sale by auction, or the onetenth of the purchase money which has been deposited will be forfeited, and the original contract for the sale of the land will thenceforward bo null and void. Tho Government reserves to itself the right of at any time, withdrawing and altering the size of 1 any of the allotments. Any further conditions will be published on or before the day of sale. Any information may, in the meantime, be obtained at the Office of tho Provincial Secretary, Wellington.
