GOVERNMENT NOTICES SALE OF VALUABLE BUILDING ALLOTMENTS ON THE RECLAIMED LAND, IN THB TOWN OF WELLINGTON. New Zealand. Provincial Secretary's Office, , Wellington, 4th October, 1866. TTNDER authority of an Act, Session 111, *-' No. 14, of the Provincial Council of Wellington, entituled, " Harbor Reserves," and of an Act, Session VIII., No. 3, of the said Provincial Council, entitled "Harbor Reserves Amendment," and of an Aot, Session XIII., No. 3, of the said Provincial Council, entituled " Reclaimed Land." Notico is hereby given, that the allotments of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunto annexed, situate in the town of Wellington, will bo offered for salo at public auction, at Osgood's Long Room, Empire Hotel, on THURSDAY, the 8l;h day of NOVEMBER, 1866, at 1 o'clock, p.m., at the upset price 9 affixed in the Schedule. Immediate payment in cash of one-tenth of the • purchase money shall be tho condition of any such sale by auction, and the remaining ninetenths of the purchase money must be paid by the purchaser within one calendar mouth next after the time of such sale by auction, or the onetenth of the purchase money which has been deposited will be forfeited, and tho original contract for the sale of the land will thenceforward be null j and void. The Government reserves to itself the right of at any time, withdrawing and altering the size of any of the allotments. Any further conditions will be published on or before the day of sale. Any information may, in tho meantime, be obtained at the Office of the Provincial Secretary, Wellington.
