I . Thursday, October 12. \ The Government have received a telegram from London stating that £850,000 of debentures have been sold at £95. The wool sales are quiet. Sixty bales were sold, greasy, bringing 6d to 9|d ; fleece, I7dj scoured, 132-d to 20|d; sheepskins, s£d to 7£d. The Armidale bank robbers have been convicted, and the ringleader sentenced to ton years on the roads, and his confederates to shorter periods.
