By the Rangitoto we have later Melbourne papers to the 13th October. THE DESTRUCTION OF THE EESULT. The fine ship Eesult has been burned at Melbourne. COMMERCIAL. The Argus of the 13th instant says :— ln the market for breadstuffs, sales of flour have been confined to supplying trade requirements, at £14 10s for best Adelaide town brands. Country brands are with difficulty
moved off at £13 to £13 10s. In wheat, we hear of a parcel of 12( ) bushels of Adelaide having been quitted at about 5s 9d; at auction, some 9000 bushels, a portion of the Enterprise's cargo of Chilian, found buyers at prices ranging from 2s lid for very badly damaged, to 4s Id for sightly damaged.
