Paris, Sept, 10. The Emperor, on Tuesday evening honored with his presence the performauce of 'Les Diables Roses' at the Palais Royal. The Emperor has received the reply of the Emperor of Morocco to the letters of credence of M. Becard as French Minister at Tangiers, and also a letter from the Queen of Madagascar, announcing the death of Radama 11,, and her accession to the throne. Count de Chasseloup Laubat, Minister of Marine, is about to pay a visit to Cherbourg to inspect the iron-clads moored in the roadstead. Rumours of a disquieting character have been current relatire to the state of bealtb of M. Troplong, President of the Senate. The Pays state that on his return from the country last Suuday, he was suddenly seized with an indisposition which caused some uneasiness, but that he is now getting better. The Patrie states that Prince de Metternich' is on the point of leaving Paris for bid estates at Johannisberg, The France states that Mr Siddell, representative of the Southern States in France arrived at Brest on the 7th. " A rumour was current yesterday in Paris/ says the Patrie, " to the effect that the reply of Russia to the last notes of the three Powers had arrived, but this account we think premature. A letter from Beiliu of the 7th mentions a similar rumour prevalent in that city, and gives some further details, The despatches of Prince Gortshakoff, it says, left St Petersburg oh the 4th, Lieutenant Bragge being mentioned as the beater of that to the Cabinet of the Tuileries. He was expected to pass through Berlin on the evening of the 7th, or the next morning. The Dresden Journal states that the Emperor of Austria, immediately after his return from Frankfort, gave his sanction to a proposition ot his Ministry, to purchase, at the expense of the state, 500,000 hectolitres of corn, to be distributed to the most necessitous peasants in the west of Hungary, where the harvest has completely failed from the long drought. The Grand Duke of Weimar has just de» clined a serenade by torchlight with which hie subjects proposed to honor him ou his return . from Frankfort, alleging that rejpicings for the results of the Congress were at least premature. ,;. 4 The Aftombladet of Stockholm declares that the treaty of alliance between Sweden and. Denmark, announced in the Morning Ptst although under negotiation, is not yet signed and that the Scandinavian States are not disposed to consider tha eventual occupation of the Duchy of Holstein by the German Federal troops as a casus belli for Denmark.
