" Vienna, Bth. — The Wanderer states that the insurgent chief Lelewel gained a signal victory over the Russians on tbe 3rd, at p o« vomby, in tbe palatinate of Lublin, takiug three cannons, and placing 600 men, out of a lorce of 3,000 hors de combat. The insurgent loss was 130 in killed and wounded. The Russian wounded were conveyed to Ciecbanowice. Tbe Press of last evening also announces that Sokolowski has defeated the Bussiaß General Kostanda in tbe palatinate of Kalisch. Fresh de« tachments are being organised in tbe government of Augustowo." " Hamburg, Bih.— The Northern Post, of St. Petersburg-, says that the levying of recruits has been postponed in the government of Minsk during the continuance of the insurrection and in the governments of Vitebsk and Mohileff to the 15th of January next."
