Wind. — Force. — Tho maximum pressure in 24 hours in lbs. and decimal parts of a lb on tho square foot Barometer. — The height is reduced to sea lovel, at a temperature of 32 deg. Far. Thermometer Means. — Deducible from the Maximum and Minimum readings, at 10 a.m. of the 24 hours previously. Max. in Sun's Rays and Shade.— These figures ore the readings at 10 a.m., and, like the wind's force, titer- i ir-ometor means, and fall of rain, apply to the 24 hours previously.
