Thermometer Means. — Deducible from the Maximum and Minimum readings, at 10 a.m. of the 24 hours previously. Max. in Sun's Rays and Shade.— These figures ore the readings at 10 a.m., and, like the wind's force, titer- i ir-ometor means, and fall of rain, apply to the 24 hours previously.
