SUPREME COURT.

Friday, 19th Septembeb.

(Before His Honor Mr. Justice Johnstone.) A civil sitting of the Court was. held on Fri. day, the 19th inst. according to adjournment. There was only one case for trial, viz • — Matheson & Co. v. Bowlee, Son & Co.

On the case being called on, and a special jury sworn, the Counsel engaged in the cause informed the Court that an arrangement bad been made, which would avoid the necessity of going on with the trial. Verdict by consent for plaintiffs £76000.
