Dismissed with a reprimand to complainant. Friday, August 22, 1862. Stuart v. Baundick, (adjd. case.) Judgment for Defendant with costs. Margaret Gill, charged with drunkenness. Fined 20s. in default committed for 7 days to the Common Gaol at Wellington.
