Defendant was charged with having assaulted complainant without provocation. Defendant committed to take bis trial at the next sittings of tbe 3upreme Court aud witnesses bound over to prosecute. Mary McKain v. W. Goodwin, Robert Goodwin, Robert Phillips, Abraham Phillips, and .jfflhuV. PiiilHps, algo Henrj Hazl.ett, charged, with having assaulted complainant. Henry Hazlett was discharged and upon the application of complainant, and defendants promising not to annoy any more and consenting to pay costs were discharged. Monday, 18th November, 1861.
