To be excitable or nervous I a small degree is most distressing, for where cau a remedy be found? There is one:— drink but little wine, beer, or spirits, or far better, none, take na ooffee.—weak tea being preferable ; get all the fresh air you can ; take three or four Tills every night ; eat plenty of solids, avoiding the use of ■lops ; and if tbese golden rules are followed, you will be happy in mind and strong m body, and forget you have any nerves. The result is, that the disturbance is arrested, and tbe action of the bowels become, regular. Nothing will stop the relaxation of the bowels so quickly as this fine correcting medicine Disorders of Kidneys.
