RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
WELLINOTON. Friday, 27th September, 1861. [Before H. S. Wardell, Esq., R.M. ] Armstrong v. Duncan & Vennell— Damages £16 165. lOd. This was an action to recover the said amount heing goods shipped on board the Wonga Wonga and never arrived at their destination. Plaintiff nonsuited. Pimble v. Pimble— Assault. Defendant charge with having assaulted complainant his wife. Adjourned to Ist October.
