Hides. — Prioes of Australian receeded about one-eigth per lb., but at the latest sales fully former rates were paid. Mimosa bark declined fully 10s. per ton. Leather. — A fair quantity has ohanged at somewhat lower rates. Skins. — Australian sheepskins met a good sale, nearly 33,000 disposed of at fair prices. Tallow. — The market continues to have a downward tendency. Prices almost nominal. Stock on hand 56,000 casks against 31,000 last year. Oils, about LOO tons of colonial sperm sold at £94. ' Metals, good business done in copper. Kapunda Burra, £94 to £95 ; British is £5 per ton lower. Sugar, a large business has been done, and prices advanced. The stock is 1000 tons more than last year. Coffee, native Ceylon, steady at 595. 6d. to 63s 6d. Good business in plantation sorts at good prices. Spirits. — The brandy market remains dull ; nothing doing in wines.
