Wilton who is relinquishing his Business, to offer for Sale by Pullic Auction, on the premises, on TUESDAY, the 25th instant, if not previoudly disposed of by private contract. Lot 1. That Oil Established Butchers Shop and Premißes on Lambton Quay, now in the occupation of Mr. E. Wilton, who has successfully carried on the Butchers Business for a number of years. The premises consist of a fine commanding Shop on the best part of the Beach, with Dwelling House attached, containing five Rooms and all in the best order ; in the rear a capital Three Stall Stable, Cart Sheds, Store House, and other Out Buildings.
