ARRIVAL OF THE WITH THE EUROPEAN MAIL TO THE 26th November, 1860.

The S.S. Wonga Wonga, Captain Rennor, from Nelson, via Picton, arrived in harbour at 1 o'clock on Saturday morning, bringing on the European and Colonial Mails, which were conveyed to Nelson by the Airedale. The Wonga Woaga sailed from Nelson on the 25th, at 1 a.m. arrived at Picton at 2 p.m. ; sailed from thence at 4 p.m., called at several places in the Sound, and arrived here as above. She has only brought the Wellington and Napier Mails, the Canterbury and Otago Mails having been forwarded by the Victory, The Airedale arrived at Nelson on the morning of the 24th Inst., and may be expected here on Sunday next. The Lord Ashley was seen in Blind Bay on the morning of the 25 th. The following is the Sydney ReralcVs^ Telegraphic Summary of European 1 News : — The Prince of Wales has returned to England. Great anxiety was 1 felt owing to his protracted passage. Prince Alfred landed at Plymouth from the Cape on the 9th November. An important despatch, in the interest of Italian independence, has been publised by Lord John Russell, which has given great satisfaction. The Empress Eugenic, incognito, is in Scotland. The Young Empress of Austria was at Plymouth, en route to Madeira. The British Legion in Italy has come to grief; inefficiently commanded, it is disorganised and melting away. ' Champion's belt contested for, on the Gth Nov., by Tom Paddock and Hurst ; won by latter, who is 19 stone, 23"years old, and G feet 2 inches in height. Mullins, the Stepney murderer, executed at Old Bailey, on 19 th November.
