YOU nre hereby Summoned to attend at the Resident Magistrate's Court, at Wanganui, on Monday, the seventeenth day of December, 1860, -at the hour of Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, to answer the complaint of Thomas Dew Jones, of Wanganui, Farmer, who seeks to recover from the sard Fraircis Dillon Bell the sum of nine pounds, being one moiety of the expense of erecting a dividing Fence at the rate of thirty shillings per chain, between the land of the said Plaintiff, being section 74, and 'the land ofthe Defendant, being section 76, ou the right bank of the Wanganui River.
