Richard Lalor Sheil (bear, hear) ; and for Perth, in the room of the Right Hon. For Maule (hear).—At a later period of the evening, on the motion of Lord Marcus Hill, new wiits were ordered to be issued, for Plymouth, in room of Viecount Ebrington; for Leith burghs, in room of ibi Rieht Hon. Andrew Rutherfjrd; and for Kirkcudbright, in room of Thomas Maidand, Eeq.
