Each Tender to be in duplicate, and to b e enclosed in an envelope, marked—"Tender for Suppiies," "Tender for Bread," or " Tender for Meat, ,, &c, as the case may be. No Tender sent in shall be withdrawn or altered, and notice of those accepting shall be given within three days of the time of opening. In all cases where persons who have tendered, refuse to fulfil their offers upon light or frivolous excuses, it will be competent for the undersigned to decline to receive Tenders from them at any future period.
