I CONDITIONS. ,t QUALITIES OF THE SUPPLIES. St. All the Articles to be of the best quality of the ; several kinds. s2nd. The Flour to be the produce of clean sound Colonial Wheat, from which 20 per cent, in bran has been extracted. \>3rd. The Bread to be made from Flour of the same * quality as described in the preceding paragraph, ~ and to be baked 24 hours before being issued, in fi loaves of 2tb each. -;4th. The Fresh Meat to be issued daily, and to •, J consist of Beef and Mutton, in equal proportions, \ to be delivered in fore and hind quarters alternate'y, when the quantity admits of it.
