Before his Honor Mr. Justice Chapman MONDAY, MARCH 2. David Harris , labourer, was charged w : th %\,-h\. ing a pair of trowsere, the property of Mr. France-;. Guilty of felony. Sentence, four months imprisonment with hard hbour. Alexander Hurley, baker, was charged with keeping a disorderly house. Found guilty, and sentenced to three months imprisonment. John Dening, a private of the 58tb, was charged with stealing a variety of wearing apparel, the property of Elizibeth Jacksou and Sarah Fisher. Found guilty, and sentenced to nine moatbs imprisonment with hard labour.
