Ngaruawahia Easter Camp This year ' Jft- -ster camp held at Ngaruwahif Mended by five of the church of Wai lli —Mrs I'oers and JHh Madsen, Sparrow, Elliott and eler. Most campers arrived on the Thursday night although some were more than a day later, there being between seven and eight hundred people in residence while over a thousand attended the meetings which were a source of inspiration to all. The main speakers were Principal Morling and Mr J. O. Sanders, both of whom came from Australia, and the .Rev. Deans, head of the 8.1.1., who visited Waihi some weeks ago in company with the 'chairman, Mr Rushbrook. Before each meeting commenced a short song service was conducted by Mr Murray Fountain, who, besides being a capable leader, was an excellent soloist. During the camp, opportunities were given for anyone who so desired to testify their belief and faith, many taking advantage of the offer. The camp cannot be too greatly recommended as an addition to the usual church activities, and the Waihi campers express their appreciation to Mr Madsen for providing transport.
