BALLOT FOR ELECTION OF OFFICERS MR E. DYE AGAIN RETURNED The ballot for the election of a president and nine committeemen to the Ohinemuri Mines and Batteries Union took place yesterday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., voting papers being issued at Owharoa, Waikino and Waihi, The result is as follows: — President; Messrs E. Dye, 28G (reelected); W. Lynch, 165. Committee; Messrs N. Smith 33G; A. Williams, 325; D. Fahey, 322; L. Kirk, 314; W. Osborne, 305; J. Higgins, 300; J. Munro, 299; W. King, 280; H. Horner, 271 (elected); J. Dowse, 242.
