PLANS FOR NEW DOMINIONWIDE SCHEME REDUCTION IN TAXATION By Telegraph- - Press Association. WELLINGTON, this day. Plans for a new Dominion-wide scheme for unemployment finance have zeen drawn up by Mr F. J. Jones, chairman of the Hutt River Board, and submitted to the technical committee of local bodies investigating the economic relief works scheme, and provide for an internal loan of £2,500,000 and a gradual reduction in the unemployment tax.
