Petitions to French and British Governments Preea Association.—Copyright. London, June 9 The French Chambers, the International Arbitration Party, and tlw House of Commons Commercial Committee, have petitioned their respective Governments, asking them at the first favourble opportunity to offer their good offices in the causa of peace between Russia and Japan.
