Mr, OoshliAN, the Government statisti cian, goes to England to reorganise the Agent-General's department, and will aot as general represeetative of the State in London, receiving 1600 in addition to his present salary. When the reorganisation is effected he will act both as agent and commercial agent at a sulary of £ISOO. The salary of the two offices la now £2320. Mr, Ooghlan's appointment is temporary, pending the appointment of a High Commissioner.
