With respect to the treattuont of tho formula) deposited with the Department, tho documents will bo seen only by the Minister for Public Health and the chief executive iillioor. They will bo kept off the official tilos and safeguarded in such a way that no ono outside tho above-mentioned will have access to them. Tlib regulations will uot couio into foico until June, 1905."
