LONDON, Dec, 1 The Telegraph's New York's correspondent states that the Rev, Isaac Selby, of Australia, shot at and missed Judge Hebbard, who was Heated on the bench in San Francisco. Selby recently sought a divorce- He conducted his own case, and Judge Hebbard's decree was in favour of his wife. This enraged him, [The Rev.
