LENGTH OF DOMINION TOURNEY,

CHRISTCHURCH,’ Nov. 19.

At a meeting of the Canterbury committee of the Bowling Association complaint was made of the extension of time allowed for the playing of the Dominion tournament, it being urged that the efiect of that extension would be to out out all hut moneyed men. The following resolution was carried; —“That this centre protests against the arrangements made by the Dominion Council for playing the Dominion tournament,, necessitating such an inordinate extension of tinfe for the completion of the tournament/’
