Some adulterated messages from Tiflis say that owing to the Kemalists presenting an ultimatum and imposing crushing conditions, the armistice on the 12th has ended and are being resumed. The Armenians declare they are determined to fight to the end.
MASSACRE THREATENED. * PARIS, Nov. 21. It is reported that Kars and Em-an have fallen, and the Kemalists are threatening to massacre the Armenians unless they disarm and surrender control of the railways .to the Georgian frontier. Georgia would thus be caught between the Bolshevists and Kemalists.
KEMALISTS CAPTURE EBIVAN
LONDON, Nov. 20.
A report has reached Geneva that the Turkish Nationalists have recaptured Ed van, the capital of Armenia.
