(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 19. Sir Thomas Mackenzie, speaking at the New Zealand Club luncheon to-day, reiterated the statement that h© had not made up his mind as to his future activities, but ho would be pleased to give his services to the people of the Empire, either here or abroad. He stated positively that he would not reenter politics.
