Telegrams from Dublin state that the series of outrages seem to suggest a prearranged attack on the Royal Irish Constabulary throughout the country. Between .Sunday night and! noon on Monday attempts were made on the lives of 52 policemen. REPRISALS AT TRALEE WARNING TO SINN FEINERS. NIGHT OP TERROR EXPECTED. Received November 3, 10.30 a.m. LONDON. Nov. 2. Further reprisals are reported to have occurred at Tralee. Uniformed men fired through the streets, one man being killed and several wounded. Notices posted in Tralee state that unless two 1 policemen now in the custody of Sinn Feiners are released by this morning, reprisals of a character unprecendented in Ireland will occur at Tralee. It is reported that the bodies of the two missing men have been found in a field outside the town riddled with bullets,' and the inhabitants, expecting a night of terror, are fleeing. The shops are shuttered, and the streets deserted. One hundred and twenty men ambushed a police patrol at Garrick, on the Shannon, one being killed and three wounded. The remainder, with the lorry, were captured. TO BE C OURT-M ARTIALLED. ' Received November 3, 10 a.m. LONDON, November 2. The Hon. Winston Churchill, in the House of Commons, stated that as a result of inquiries into recent events ip Ireland several non-coms and men will be court-martialled.
