Collars must be of good leather and equal to sample to be sent with tender. Collars to be one inch wide and not less than 22 inches long, and to have brass labels with rivets, such rivets to be plainly stamped “1912” and numbered consecutively in bundles of 25. Dies for stamping will be supplied by Council. COLLECTOR. Applications will be received on same date and place from persons willing to collect Dog Tax at a commission to be named.
