The Induction service will be held on Thursday evening In the Church at 7.30. r At the annual meeting of the Wanganui Lawn Tennis Association, held on i Monday night, Mr Lampe Was unanimously re-elected president of the Association. Delegates from affiliated clubs gave Mr Lampe whole-hearted and well deserved praise for the time and attention hei has devoted in promoting and popularising tennis in Wanganui, and op behalf of their clubs thanked Mr Lamps for the handsome cup which he presented to the Association at the meeting, to be competed for by Wanganui clubs.
