AUCKLAND, August 27. At the Supreme Court a decree nisi was granted In the case of Leslie King Beale, of Whangarci, versus Olive Muriel Beale, adultery with Percy Western, of Whangarci. Petitioner claimed .£SOO damages. The jury found respondent and co-respondent guilty, and assessed the damages at .£IOO. They found petitioner not guilty of misconduct as alleged by respondent.
