THE WEATHER.
The Weather Bureau reported at noon to-day as under; The indications are for southerly winds, strong to gale, with a westerly tendency. Cold, stormy weather may be expected. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers flooded. Barometer rising. Sea very heavy; tides good.
