SIX-ROOMED HOUSE AND FREEHOLD SECTION FOR SALE Messrs Cassidy North and Co. direct attention to their auction sale on account of Mrs Young, which is advertised for 1 o’clock to-morrow (Thursday), on the premises, corner Glasgow and Gloucester Streets. The vendor is leaving Wanganui. Hie house is sound and contains six rooms and conveniences. The terms will be exceptionally easy. The position is excellent, being only a few chains from the River Bank and handy to the centre of the city. After the sale of the property Mrs Young’s furniture and effects as per Catalogue will be sold absolutely without reserve, including English piano by Broadwood. John Ooull directs attention to the sale adevrtised in our auction columns to-day, giving particulars of the sale he is holding in Ms rooms,’ 116 Ridgway Street, on Thursday, 3Gth inst., at 1 p.m. These goods are to be sold on behalf of various vendors, and as the room is full, arc all for absolute clearance. SPRING HORSE FAIR., WANGANUI This is an important event, and next Saturday at 12 o’clock, as per advertisement, Messrs Cassidy, North and Co. will hold their sale in the Carbine Stables, opposite the Courthouse, Wanganui. Present entries are over 100 horses, comprising draughts and half draughts, hack and harness, horses, besides a number of children’s ponies and a thoroughbred trotter. At 2.30 p.m., same date and place, will Im sold a Ford motor car, in use a few months, sold with any trial and mechanical guarantee. Also two gigs, milk cart, dog cart, and three heavy drays. The auctioneers ask for further: entries to be sent in at once to complete catalogue.
