COMPLETE STOPPAGE. Received August 25, 940 a.m. LONDON, August 24. Mr Smilbc, addressing a demonstration cf miners in North Wales, said that unless the Government agreed to the miners’ demand, or proved their claim unjust .there would be a complete stoppage three weeks hence.
